I'd go back to the GW where you bought them, and ask them to replace the miscast (?) sprues. IIRC you just hand them the old box, and you get a new one for free. (It worked like that with a Land Raider that was missing part I think.)

Well, sometimes it's even more fun if you know you can't win, think about 300-like scenarios. Just to see how long you can hold it.

Other than that, I think losing learns you more than winning, so a lost battle now and then only makes you a better general.
