I'm hearing a lot about Executioners, but I'm a bit weary about Elven stats, and striking last in combat on anything but a charge... But the 2 for one slot on RBT's is a sweet deal.

I just keep thinking that the Nobel on the Peg. might not be worth the points if I don't have more fliers with decent combat ability. if I did put him on a Peg, and not a chariot, (leaving me with one chariot Nobel), what would I use him for (strategically)?

I've never seen his rules, though I've heard about him... anyone have a link to where I could find them? or is it one of those "Posted in white dwarf mag never to be released again" deals?
