The DRAICH has been suggested to be transposed on T9A by a former fan (not me).

Depends what game you play, where and with who.
For example, if you play The 9th Age, the models you use may come from an source, only the bases are strictly mandatory.
The opposite example is Games Workship games, where shops only allow GW models. |

DE army book team has created a first concept book, with quite a few options to explore.
Now they need to refine it, and select among the options.
In the process, some discarded options may become the following year a supplement army book. |
