Just one comment re; Lore of Metal. You mention it sucks vs. Elves, Ogres, Orcs and Daemons. I have to disagree with this. Final Transmutation is good vs. all these bar the Ogres, even then it can wound big blocks. Plague of Rust good vs. all of these and stacks with Transmutation to Lead . Enchante...

I would say add leadbelchers to the Ogre threats these things if used properly in large numbers will destroy our T3 elves

I found it fairly ineffective against gun lines. The armour save it offers doesn't cut it. The Transmutation of Lead ain't bad but delivers little for the cost against a gun line. I have been thinking along similar lines with Masters on dark Steeds possibly replacing Pegasus masters.

The idea would be hide them in small units of Dark riders and tool them up for hunting monsters or war machines rather than re -directing.

Lore of Metal Searing Doom or boosted version is great vs. the troops mentioned and its the signature spell for Lore of Metal so you will always get it if you want. Well I like the idea of multiple Masters.

With the Warlocks taking the place of my support Wizards it frees up my Hero points allocation after the BSB is taken.

S.Sorceress can always take the scroll if I want one.

Ye so getting the +1 to go first could be important so limit the number of drops.

Well judging from the other new books we will get less Magic Items.

RBT's should be 70pts each as for the HE's.

CoK & CoC drop in points slightly.

I think the Lizzies are out before the DE's.

Most of the HE armies will be running 2-4 RBT's (Eagle Claws) unless running Phoenix's and for the points they are great.

As mentioned ours aren't worth the 50 Skaven Slaves (100pts) so are sub optimal currently.

Swordmasters are no longer as good as in the HE previous book because they no longer get their re-rolls to hit and being I5 will strike after our Witch Elves, BG, and CoK. If there have been 90 SM's the points investment is almost half the HE army. So take out all the troops protecting the SM's flan...
