You don't have a general idea of what you're looking for? I have to assume that you're not in a rush to unload, & looking at the pics, I don't blame you.

In my opinion, & please take it for that only, whenever I see someone asking for offers, I move along. For two reasons:

a) I'd make an offer of what I feel the army/artwork/etc is worth & if it's not what the dealer has in mind it can put the whole deal on the back foot & both parties face not being able to go forward, which is a shame as each party has something the other wants. Expectations, evaluations & sense of worth probably aren't going to align, so there are far more ways for things to go negatively.

b) I get the sense that sellers know the worth of the goods they are trying to move & I can't understand the reasons they don't price high & caveat 'OBO'.

You may not be getting traction here so far because of lack of enthusiastic seller communication; If I may suggest:

a) An army listing.
b) All model manufacturer(s) included.
c) Conversions made & from what.
d) What some of the conversions represent.
e) Who the painter is.
f) Anything else that you love(d) about the army.
Your relationship with the army is a good sales point. If people see that love for the army, they’ll know that they can expect the same and will be willing to work with you to find a suitable price point.

My final thoughts are to take your time, the army as a whole is worth more than what most people are willing to pay. My offer to you would be less than I feel it’s worth, I say this because I already have a substantial DE force & I would only expand if it was a deal in my favour.
Flesh out your posting somewhat, this army deserves to be sold, & by that I mean flesh out the description, put a little bit of the love that went into painting & converting into the sales description.
Good luck, and keep us up to date, I’d love to see where this army ends up, maybe we’ll be lucky enough to see someone using it on the tabletops soon.

saw some prices on ebay,so figured out price for my army,its 600 euros.

I'd say that's a very fair price. Have you tried listing on Barter Town? It's not a bad site for trades & sales, certainly worth a try. I would also give Ebay a try. (Star the auction at 200Euro's with a reserve price 550Euro's & see what happens) Just remember that the photo's & army description will sell it.
