Good enough to earn a post in the Telegraph.

So apparently the sales are doing well. I'll check the CEO's letter on it, to see how they explain the growth. The weak pound has been mentioned as a big factor in the article. I hope it means the company will continue its current course of improvements in community interaction. They came a long way, but I wouldn't mind them going a few steps further.

I think the switch to AoS, and the creation of T9A has increased the market. With new companies making models for T9A it seems there's more choice than ever. That should be good news for us, consumers ;)

Good. We need more of what they've been doing recently and less of what they were doing in the Kirby era. Rountree is still a lucky guy to have come in just as we voted to commit national suicide and the Pound crashed through the floor. But if the temporary profit boost from international sales lets him more firmly establish this bright new concept of GW actually listening to the customers, then at least something good will have come out of June 23rd.

Yeah, I was wondering how the Brexit will influence the export of GW products (among others). For now, the low pound is boosting sales, but once the Brexit is in effect I wouldn't be surprised to see a steep price increase.

I'm honestly not surprised you're pointing this out, Daeron, but for the sake of me continuing to buy more of their stuff, I hope not. I'm already struggling to justify what little I bought last year, AND regretting not starting Lizardmen when I had the chance.... :(

I still got all the books and magic cards for 8th. So im up for it.

I never liked the charge rule being double move so I wont do 6th.
...and 6th ed seems kinda similar to kings of war.

You may be lucky enough to see how it feels to live in Australasia if you're right. Spoiler to try reduce size.

But that's probably going a bit astray... not to mention :badh:

While I don't like what GW did with AoS (I have fully jumped on board with 9th Age) as long as there is someone supporting GW/Aos then I will continue to have amazing models to use. That would be my silver lining from the destruction of 8th and introduction of AoS and it seems to be a pretty decent perk.

Well, that's not fair.

I've been to New Zealand - you can literally relive the Lord of the Rings all day long if you wanted to ;) .

(Although I prefered the subtropical rainforesty bits...What were we talking about?)

You aren't too wrong about the Lord of the Rings part, this is just up the road. I suppose that's why we pay a wee bit more for GW models !lol!
