This site has a very nice program (it's free) to visualize Battle Reports.
You can make snapshots of the battle and the program also visualizes the movement that is taking place between turns automatically. Very neat!
Special Thanks to dreikaesehoch for bringing this to our attention.
Enjoy!

Is there a way to edit an army or the units in a game once the game starts? I keep getting things wrong (like base sizes and typos) and then I have to start over.

Yeah there sure is Green - as the new mod one of my initial plans is to write a How To Use Battle Chronicler article - not sure when I'll be able to though. Drop me a PM and I'll try to answer any questions you have.

Such an article would be Amazing! I think this is a great program as it is but it would definitely benefit from some added features. Right click menu's for example.
Thanks for your reply.

I've been going nuts trying to figure out how people get the images onto their posts. I can't get Chronicler to export them in a way that allows me to post anything besides a downloadable file. I want the image itself to be in the post, not a linked file. Anyone know how to do this?

I assume people upload the picture elsewhere, like imageshack, and then link it in the post using the following code:

Quick query. I recently reinstalled Battle Chronicler, and I'm curious if terrain can be moved in any way during the player turns? It's just in the event of spells and whatnot that might conjure, move or destroy features. Had a quick test but couldn't find a means of doing it.

Only thing I can think of is to make sure you save every turn under a different file name, go back to the terrain stage and unlock it, then slide the features around and go back forward...

No. You have to go back to the terrain phase, move the peice in question, then skip ahead again.
Frustrating, but not the most frustrating. That I reserve for the inability to export an image of every turn in one go, or being able to change the default image export folder, meaning you have to go through and export each turn one at a time, changing the destination every damn time. Grr.

Fair enough, at least there's a workaround.
Thanks for the responses.
