Diadem of Power (Lizardmen)

Help me out here, I know this may sound stupid, but I need to be sure.
When playing Lizardmen, it says something like with this magic item the bearer may save up to two of his unused power or dispell dices and then add them to his own dice pool in the next phase of Magic, something like this, but I'm wondering...it doesn't specify that a stored power dice can't be used as a dispell dice in the next phase...it says that it's added to the dice pool, it doesn't specify which pool...
Is it possible to store 1 power dice and 1 dispell dice and then use both as power dices?

It doesnt say "till your next magic phase" so i believe you can store 1-2 powerdice to your opponents magic phase or 1-2 dispell dice in his magic phase to use in your magic phase.

how can you take one power dice and one dispell dice if you have to use it the next magic phase?

As Danceman says, power dice from your phase can be used as dispel dice in your opponents phase and vice versa.
