chaos mutations and powers

Are you allowed to have multiples of mutations and powers? Like two characters with flaming breath?

I dot have the book in front of me but I'm pretty sure that's a no, one per army like magic items.

General Kael is correct, one of each chaos gift per army just like magic items.
