What Happens When You Give COKs/COCs Frenzy?
You have to take a LD test to not just stumble forwards, but you also need to charge... Which takes precedence?

Stupidity test: at the start of the turn.

Stupidity is tested at the start of the turn. Frenzy checks happen later, during the charges phase.
Should the unit fail their stupidity, they have moved and can't charge, from frenzy or choice. Should they succeed, then during the charge phase, they have to take another test.

Neither takes precedence, the timing of there rules are different so you have to resolve both. What would happen is that you roll for stupidity during Start of turn, and then roll for frenzy when you reach the declare charges phase.
