Does Cry of War for a DH on a CoB give -3 to Terror Tests?

This may have been asked before but I couldn't find it.
Does the Cry of War giving Fear plus a -3 to leadership tests against it, also mean that the Death Hag (or Helllebron) on Cauldron of Blood, which causes Terror, means any terror tests are also at taken -3?

I can't find anything that shows that it would. You would get the -3 for the fear checks because of terror. But I don't think you would get it for the terror check when charging

You're not in base contact with what you're charging when they take the fear test so no, Cry of War does not affect Terror tests.

But remember that once in combat, Terror downgrades to a Fear test so it will work just fine and even affect fear causing enemies.
