Double Flee Question

If I flee with a unit and my opponent chooses to pursue rather than redirect into the second "double flee" unit I have positioned and their pursuit would carry them into my second unit does my opponents unit count as having charged my second unit thus giving me a charge reaction or does their unit stop one inch away from my second unit?

Stops one inch away. has to be a declared charge.

Page 22 of the basic rule book, When I have a rule query (quite a lot as I was relearning the game) I have found that letting you know where to find the rules helped me both to remember it in future but the gives you a reference point to show others if it comes up again :-)
