Hi guys i have never run a horde of bows(Volley Fire Not Dark Elf) and am wondering if i get 3 full ranks then do the normal way instead of only getting 2 full ranks. Do they? PLEASE HELP!

Volley Fire is explained p.78 of the BRB.
If you have a horde of 10 wide, 3 ranks, and if the weapon has the special rule "Volley Fire" (bows), then all models in 1st and 2nd rank shoot plus half of 3rd rank.
That makes 25 shots.
If engaged in melee, the same horde would have front models fight with all attacks, and 2nd & 3rd rank fight with a single attack.
