I'd put it on a Noble on foot (remember that it's "On Foor Only" too). Give him a halberd, Heavy armour and SDC (or a handweapon and shield instead of that halberd for a nice 2+ armour in combat). He'll run around and charge in the rear of the slann unit, where the temple guards have been removed (you've killed them with some chariots and RBT fire beforehand).

I think it's intended use is for a noble in an infantry unit. You attack enemy unit with a characther and either challenge or hit him if in base to base.


In my opinion just another piece of junk in a junky magic item list. with exception of Seal of Ghrond, Tome, Darkstar Cloak of course.
