Chariot?

Post by Baalirock »

So, I was just browsing on the US Games Workshop website, and I couldn't help but notice that the Cold One Chariot is no longer on the Dark Elf Page. What gives? There's no chariot in the spearhead, and everything I've read seemed to indicate that we would NOT be getting a new chariot model. Any ideas?

It would be a little weird, but it could be that GW is repackaging it with the new cold-ones. The only times I've seen something like that done is when the beasts chariot was repackaged though.

Probably just a website glitch.

I'm pretty sure they are just going to repackage it and therefore it will appear with the release.

Wouldn`t worry about it. I imagine with the rule change for the chariot and all else that`s going on the chariot won`t be top of their priority list for re-packaging. But it will happen.

The new cold ones have saddles on them, I doubt they are going to repackage the chariot.

Speaking for myself when I said repackaging I just mean with a new box, not new cold ones.

Ah, okay. That would make sense for them to do.

Its a metal model with plastic cold ones it will likely always cost more than a 5 model plastic set.

I think that £12.00 is a decent price for the COK`s. Anyone agree?

I was totally shocked to be honest, cant see a reason why another twenty wont come my way! Especially with reported S4 and I6 for two points less!

I was shocked as well to see the price of the new COK's. I wish they were that price when I bought mine. I have so many of them, I doubted I would be buying the new ones. At the new price though, I could make it happen. Or just bitz order the new cold ones when that is possible.

On the german page there is everything the way it used to be- harpies still in special-troop-part, BG in rare and there is still a CoC... You cannot even pre-order things...

CoK: IMO the old, expensive models look much better than the new ones (at least the riders do...). Probably I get myself even some of the "old" corsairs before they stop selling them. I think that the models we've got at the moment are still one of the best in the whole warhammer range- it's just sad that they cost so much... (compared to the new ones )

*cough cough* Our dollar is MORE than the US Duffman...
But ya you guys take the cake for being screwed over, we are a close second.

@ silverh:

I highly doubt $35 for CoK, I am expecting $45 regardless of their new plasticity. And somehow our prices climb instores, 10 skele warriors are 35 rather than 25.

@ coldeyes:

Most definitely, it would not be something new.

@ thanee:

But then I pay shipping prices. :(

Order from The War Store, decent shipping prices last time I checked and a good discount.

1 Canadian dollar = 0.993049 U.S. dollars
1 Australian dollar = 0.9606 U.S. dollars

as of Google Calculator right now. It's really disturbing that the USD could fall so far, so fast. Oh wait, we have an idiot for a president.. :(

That me be true as of the moment, but our dollar fluctuates and then dips to just below $1 US constantly. And your president really doesn't help at all. By the way, some funny anti-hillary pics (to all her supporters: "Don't be offended and come after me, it is just a friendly joke...").

To those who wish to say this is completely random, dggrj started it with the president and I just have some funny pics of a potential president in the near future.
