how captin scarlet on dragon would be made

well they made my super strengeth character on dragon non existent so i want to make a captin scarlet on dragon. so i was wondering how to do that.
i also want him to have a decent strenght all rounds of combat[strenght six]
so anyone with the new book have suggestions tell me the points cost breakdown please so i xan swap out items for differnt ones

Do you have the book? We are not allowed to give out points costs.

p.s. I'll be running Dreadlord with full mundane kit (shield and sea dragon cloak) with AoES and PoK with Lance and Potion of Strength. Pot gets used if need be OR I fail to break an enemy on the charge.

I collect the links that are of interest from a tactical point of view, based on the 7th edition.
You can find many more hyperlinks included in theD.R.A.I.C.H. , they will stay there until someone summarizes them, chapter after chapter, writing articles that will include the essence of the hyperlinked threads.

If I missed something interesting, I a happy to edit the D.R.A.I.C.H. with more hyperlinks (PM me or insert a reply to the D.R.A.I.C.H. and its relevant sub-thread, if they exist) or even to modify the organisation of the thread if it makes it more useful.
