Well, i thought about this combination:
Dreadlord, armour of living death, on dragon. In contrast to the sea dragon cloack of hag grief it does states that the model has + 1 T and + 1 W.
The dragon and rider are both one model. I reffer to the cloack because their its states in its dicription that ranged hits are at half strengt against the charackter only.
My first Local tournament over three days. Ill write a report how it went.

Oh damn it, not this again.
I can't find the source, but buffs and similar effects that benefits "the modell", only benefits the character that buys them, etc.
Otherwise I wouldnt mind a Dragon /w S10, T7, W7 and 1+ save. (Since the Seadragon Cloaks and Potion of Strenght also benefit the "modell".)

Haha! Exactly the same thing that ran through my mind when I read it.
Well, sorry to rain on your parade, but unfortunately anything that benefits the "Model" when applying to a character riding a mount will only affect the rider himself.
Unless it specifically says so (i.e., Hydra Banner, for example), then it doesn't apply to the mount. Another perfect example would be the Wood Elf item that gives the rider a 3+ ward save, which specifically says that it applies to the mount as well.
If you can convince your judges otherwise, then lucky you, but it isn't supported by the rules.

Q. Do ward saves and other special rules that apply to a
character (including those coming from a magic item or
spell) also apply to the monster/chariot it is riding?
A. Because the rider and mount can be hit separately, any
saves and other special rules of the character (including
those from magic items, spells, etc.) are not passed to its
mount, and viceversa. There are a few exceptions to this
rule however, when such rules do apply to both rider and
mount: Psychology rules (see rule book, page 79), rules
that the character would confer to a unit it joins (like
Magic Resistance), or if the rule itself specifies otherwise
(certain magic items, the Blessing of the Lady, etc.).
