What is the difference between a Raiding Force an Corsair Base force?
The title?
A raiding force suggests light mobile troops.
A corsair force suggests... corsairs.
Besides what the title suggests, you can take other kind of units, of course.
However, if you give a title to your army, D.netters will suppose you want to stick to a theme and will comment accordingly.
