If only the BSB death hag was considered an accompanying character rather than specifically 'crew'


As characters can no longer join War Machines *at all* it would be pointless.
7th edition army book:

New FAQ says: Page 93 – Cauldron of Blood, Special Rules
Ignore “War Machine”, “Poisoned Attacks” and “Attendant”
Add “Cauldron of Blood”

Doesn't this mean the Cauldron is no longer a War Machine?

Page 51 – Cauldron of Blood
Replace the rules for the Cauldron of Blood with the following:
(...)Unit Type:War Machine

Warmachine is no more a special rule because it has become a unit type.
