I'm looking at two possible builds for my sorceress:

1 supreme sorceress lvl 4 (shadow) sacrificial dagger, pendant of khaeleth - 320
1 supreme sorceress lvl 4 (shadow) talisman of preservation, tome of furion - 320

The sorceress usually sits in a block of 40 warriors and although sacrificing them is fun I think the extra shadow spell might be worth more.

Any advice on building a lvl 4 would be cool.

The Dagger wielding Supreme Sorceress is definetely ace this edition in my opinion.

My favorite Sorc being:

- Morathi with sac Dagger and Black Dragon Egg.

The multitude of possibilities she presents are almost unlimited.

I would definatly go with the dagger, thats an extra dice per spell, so it can be 4 per magic phase and with channeling and power of darkness, you can really monopolize the magic phase to a level that even dwarves will struggle to stop it. The tome is definatly nice, but now that whenever you roll a double you can chose a spell that you want, you are much more likely to get the spells that you need and with the dagger you can be more confident in getting them off.
Cheers,

The dagger is probably the best arcane item in the game.
If you want your list to be as tough as possiblem, there is NO question about what item to take...

Personally I prefer the Tome of Furion at all times, but there is a reason the dagger is the most taken item
