Sorry, but this is a different version...
This is my favourite one:
Second version:
Dreadlord
-General
-Lance
-Sea Dragon Cloak
-Enchanted Shield
-Armor of Eternal Servitude
-Pendant of Khaeleth
-Black Dragon
-555 pts
Without magical defense, he'll need resilience to survive. Either way, he's fit to do damage.
Master
-BsB
-Lance
-Heavy Armor
-Sea Dragon Cloak
-Shield
-Hydra's Teeth
-Manticore
-359 pts
This guy will throw these sharp things at war machines, hopefully wiping out the most dangerous ones. Either than this, I can only hide a bit behind scenery or the hydras, but in the second case, it will slow me down considerably. He's going to be a risk, but I'm not willing to let my dragon die because of unlucky dice in a break test.
5 Dark Riders
-Repeater Crossbow
-105 pts
5 Dark Riders
-85 pts

The Xbow one will be near skirmishers and other fast cavalry.
5 Harpies

Most of the same issues are present as in the prior rendition of this less but it is a bit stronger in some areas via the Manticore.
I like the ring of Hotek on the BSB and not the slower, maybe much slower if they go stupid, CoKs. Also, you have no magic weapons in the army so watch out for wraiths.

Your units seem a little small, and both your leader peoples are large targets...methinks you wouldn't do well against a shooty skaven or shooty dwarf army. They'd probably panic all your units and either tie up your leaders with el cheapo horde units or blow them apart with any war machines. I reckon you should combine the CoK units so they that don't get panicked easily.

You can't combine the e shield with other magical armor. Per the 7th BRB you can only have on piece of magical armor per model/unit. Besides, I would put that on your manti BSB for better protection. I do agree with other posters here that you need to focus on protecting your big guys. I would transfer the ring to your BSB and give your Dreadlord a null shard or multiples. Then if you could find points and it turns out that we really can take multiples of the shards, I would give one to each CoK champ.
