I'm planning a tourney army and I thought that balanced list could work the best. Tell me is this good or not, and what would you change?

This actually is a decent army, but one thing I note is that you only have the level 4 sorceress. At 3K, magic can get incredibly nasty. I would consider dropping the manti for another sorceress. You could then give the master a dark pegasus. This would, in turn, still provide a fast character that could take out war machines and mages. The additional level 2 would probably be best equipped with either the seal of ghrond and tome of furion or 2 scrolls. Either of those choices would great improve your magic defense.
