Just had a Massacre against an Empire 'Heavy Magic' list (lv 4, lv 2 + 2 priests, rod that swaps up to 3 dispel/power to next magic phase).

No magic defense other than Ring of Hotek means that armies like Ogres and VC will have fun casting single or two dice spells but until I face them I won't know the results.

The guy went through every single result in the Miscast Table except the double 1 miscast, it was amazing.
He was so scared of my harpies he didn't focus on my infantry blocks and I had plenty of time to charge him.

Both Masters were with Frenzied corsairs thus I had all 4 of my characters Frenzied. Death HAg with ASF banner in Execs charged every opportunity and Cauldron of Blood was just moving around, keeping as close to my Execs as possible for Stubborn but I never needed it and eventually they were across the table while the CoB was still in the center.

Played a 2nd game today, against a very very large Horde of Orcs - I massacred him with relative ease and not much badluck on his part until his General's block failed panic by rolling 10 and ran into my corsairs wheee.

I'm liking this list but its most likely going to be a one trick pony when people figure out how to properly bait me into the open and then I be screwed!

I think as long as you hunt mages with the harpies, not much damage past 2nd turn from magic. Looks fun!

Not a bad list, I agree that you need to be sure to remove any magic liabilities quickly. Yes baiting will be a problem but if you can move the enemy and not let them move you it should no problem. You did it with the empire I think it can be done overall. Good luck!

Was simply referring to the liabilities of Frenzy.

I honestly don't see much of a problem with it. You have enough baiting and delaying units to easily cover your frenzied corsairs. The problem is that if they fluff, there goes half your army. I would be tempted to space out my characters a bit more.
