Lots of shooting and magic -- but not much to slow the enemy advance to buy yourself time for it to be effective. If you are facing a cavalry army and your opponent gets first turn, your units will only have one round of shooting before they are getting charged. I think you you would be well served to drop 2 units of crossbowmen for 2 units of Dark Riders with crossbows. You'll have a little less shooting, but can use bait an dflee tactics to buy yourself more time to shoot.
One other thing -- this army will not be at all fun to play against. YOu will either destroy the enemy without them ever seeing combat, or you'll get rolled really quickly. Neither outcome makes for a very fun game for your opponent. Something to think about if the tournament includes scores for army composition and/or sportsmanship.
