Not to hard to figure out, some what balanced, lots of bait and flee with some magic and shooting. What do you think?

I would definitely give your master a lance. Also, give your black guard champ either soulrender or crimson death. When you make contact, you will need high strength attacks to punch through the chaos armor. They are some resilient guys and they hit hard as well. You want to prevent as many of them hitting you as possible.
