General - lvl 4 sorc on DP with familiar and PoK

Sorceress - lvl 2 sorc with LT and ToF

Sorceress - lvl 2 sorc with DS

The experiment - CoB

Core
The Convent's "vultures" lured south with the expedition - 2x5 harpies

Garrison archers - 2x15 RXB with shields and muso

Garrison archers - 2x10RXB with shields and uso

Special

Mercenary Cok - 2x6 CoK with musos

Fanatics - 1x7 witches.

Basically a cheap and nasty army totally dependant on magic and the Cob for effectiveness, plus lots of shooting.

The CoB is a captured and tortured Slan chaning to his levitation platform who's power is being siphoned off by a sorceress (Hag) and her lackys

The Coks are poor houseless nobles who fight for money and their own independance rather than be part of a larger House army. They have infantry helmets and shields to show their poorer status.

The fanatics are drugged up and bespelled slaves used as cannon fodder

2000 points exactly

11 PD plus 3 PoD
5 DD

A convent expedition in Lustra looking for loot. Basically a magic and shooting gunline, with the CoB, witches and CoKs to add a hard edge in melee.

The theme is that its all local garrison troops dragged off to Lustra by a senior sorceress, so no elites. Its a convent army, so no actual Khanite troops though the they do have the equivilent. This is quite a small expedition so no BG or hydras, though they may appear in bigger lists. At this stage no assasins, as much as I like the idea, they aren't going to work for the convent and wouldn't be trusted anyway.

Future expansions might include shieldess spears made up of drugged and bespelled amazons/captured imperials who will also feed the dagger. Maybe also a death hag BSB with the ASF banner. Again a sorceress who specialises in self enhancment and drugs rather than the usual spells.

I think that some corsairs would fit well in your list. In the end, who is more a mercenary than a corsair? Maybe that they've the frnzy banner in order to show their bloodlust and research for treasures and glory.

On the other side I think that those coks are really too much for being considered fallen nobles. What did happen in Naggaroth? Was there a massive purge or what?

Correct me if I'm wrong but...

Don't you actually need a Death Hag to take the Cauldron of Blood - or are we to assume you have taken one to accomodate this in your list but you've just not mentioned her individually...

Cheers,

Steve P ;)

Not fallen, just too distant from power in their own families, so they head off on their own to make their forture.

Cob is an upgrade for her so yes you do, she is included in the 200 point cost.
