Hey.
I tried to make an all around army with something for all phases.
172 Heroes
1x Sorceress+Level2+Darkstar Cloak+ Darksteed
475 Core
5x Harpies
5x DR+RxB+Musi
10x RxBmen+Shield
24x Warriors+Shield+FC
164 Speciel
5x CoK+Musi+Champ +(Dearh Piercer)
175 Rare
1x Hydra
Total 996
Would this do against most armies or is it a waste of money and time. ?
Any Ideas for improvements.

Hey there, quite an interesting list you got there.
To shake things up a bit, get rid of a unit of Dark Riders, 3 Harpies, and the Focus Familiar. Then get the Darkstar Cloak and a unit of Cold One Knights with Full Command.
The Cold Ones will give you armor and hitting power, allowing you to crack other heavily-armored enemy units.
Combined with the Hydra, they make a deliciously vicious group of misfits that can scare the pants off your enemy at this point level. If you can find the points, I'd also toss my Sorceress on a steed or something mobile.

Now im 4 points short of a DS.
Would it be a bad Idea to remove 1 warrior so instead of being a 5x5 unit I made them 6x4.
Cant see any other way to get the points for the DS.
Ideas are welcome. =)
Drop the standard off your CoKs, as they really don't care about FCR, and you will be able to put musos on your DR and pay for the scroll.

Here's where you can find it! Just scroll down the contents until the find the "Abbreviations" section!
Druchii.net FAQ
You can most certainly deploy the Warriors 6x4 (which is perfect to take advantage of their cheap price and their spears!) and drop 1 to get them to 24, then give your Sorceress the Tome, or you can give your Cold One Knight champion something pretty if you can find the points (Deathpiercer comes to mind!).
Rabidnid is probably right about the standard in this case, in that it's not completely necessary at times, but I say it's always a good use of your points if you can help guarantee that your unit is going to do its job. Hence I am a big fan of Full Command when I can help it!
Anyway, If you want to go heavy magic at this point, you can give her a power stone, or you can switch out and give her the Sacrificial Dagger instead, but I wouldn't recommend it really. You've got a pretty good list going on there, which should be able to take on most things well if you are careful about it.
