2250p Tournament, balanced/friendly

Hi all. This is my first post here, hope i didnt make to many mistakes on typing my army list wrong.

This army is for a tournament, and i want to have a balanced army with alot of options.

It will be my first tournament with dark elves, so all help is appreciated =)

So i have tryed to make a list that has everything.
Some good blocks for CC.
Sorceress togethers with my fire units, will provide some.
Dark riders and Hapries for lure/block/WM.
A strong General, and good flanking units (chariot, hydra and somethines Corsairs)

What i want in this list is perhaps a R Bolt thrower.

You could drop 4 BG and run them 7x2. Use the extra points to give your 2nd Sorc x2 DS. Also if your Lord is not joining a CoK unit i would just put him on a Dark Steed (more movement, no stupidity) other then that I would have no other suggestions. To be clear I am not a tourny player so don't write any checks on my advise

ye, can agree with the blackguards, though most people know there strength, and i think alot will focus to shoot them down. so 6x3 have worked nice for me.

Hm ye stupidity, could get a cold heart banner for the warriors, and use it on a important turn.. Or i go darksteed. its like the only reason i use coldone, for the 1+ armour save. Maby should think something out there... with dark steed its 2+, but the pedant should save him from harm.
