First off my region uses scenarios that require fortitude and/or rank and banner to control objectives and they also use the blood and glory scenario type also some watchtower.

Also I play in multiple GTs to be semi competitive. I'm not sure of this list yet I have yet to try but wanted to reach and see initial thoughts from people who have played similar builds.

Hellebron; CoB 500
Supreme Sorceress: Dispel Scroll; Talisman of Preservation; Level 4 Wizard; Lore of Shadow; Dark Steed 310

Master: Armour of Destiny; halberd; Sea Dragon cloak; shield; Battle Standard 155
Master: Cloak of Twilight; heavy armour; lance; repeater crossbow; Sea Dragon cloak; shield; Dark Pegasus 193

32 Witch Elves: FC (Razor Standard) 427
9 Dark Riders: shields; repeater crossbows; music; banner 200

RBT 70
20 Executioners: FC 270

10 Brolocks 250
5 Brolocks 125

2498

Hellebron is a beefy character, and is to ge genuinely feared. If you run a witch horde, you wlll need to keep chaff away as best you can. To make that army work, you need to get the witches earning their keep by getting into the right combats. The razor standard is a good choice and only suffers against 1+ armor save units. So what is your plan to deal with Juggernaughts and empire knights etc. Executioners have lower movement than cavalry. If you are confident in your control of the battle field, with what is left, then you will do just fine.

What you have here is a good place to learn the style from. You have all the best units (more or less) and can be competitive early. I don't know if you can squeeze points, but if you can add another DR and a unit of min shades, then you will be in great shape. May cause you to downgrade somewhere, but will add more dimension and threats to your list.

Some people will evolve this into more RBT's. If you haven't had the experience of running 4 of them, you should try it. I usually only go with three, but RBT's are pretty hard to manage. From there, people go to adding scourgerunners to increase the shooting.

Other people may go in the direction of the "two towers" list with a cauldron and a bloodwrack shrine. This usually accompanies a witch horde and onther main center block like executioners or blackguard or sisters or corsairs. But, those people wind up realizing the limitations of this list and find middle grounds and can often end up back where you are now.

Personally, I like playing a mounted list. Lots of movement, that really allows you to "chess it up". But that is not close to what you are really going for here.

Hey thanks for feedback.

my current list is all DR and brolocks with 3 dark peg riders so yeah I love the mounted lists too. :)

So this build I want to put Sorc in the 9 DR unit. I think the only real point id consider cutting is either dark peg master and/or the cauldron.

if one of those is dropped I can add 2-3 RBT if I squeeze

I have yet to play this list. I feel it has enough of the shooty/magic missiles to deal with chaff and get witches in.

Im leaning towards shadow magic. use Steed to move units to were I need them to catch cav.

thoughts?

Hellebron is nasty enough without the CoB. You are paying a very high premium for a 5+ ward save that will be priority target #1 for any kind of siege weapons. If you don't face alot of siege, then OK. That's almost three RBT's right there.

Don't you still require a minimum of 3+core units in an army, or am i having edition confusion?
