This is something I put together at work, not really intended to be amazingly competitive but just wanted something different to what I usually play. Lemme know what you guys think

The idea for this is all the characters sit with the Sisters, with the Glade Guard within 12" of Alarielle to benefit from her giving them 4+ Regen for some durability. Bolt Throwers dotted about where they're needed, Glade Guard come up from behind to deal with artillery and Waywatchers and Shades providing fire from the centre of the board. It's all shooting, can throw the Shades into combat if needed and if Alarielle's unit ends up in combat, she can beef them up with Life. Can also use counters from High Magic to negate wounds, or might switch to a HE Mage instead and boost their ward save in case Regen is taken away.

Looks good.
I'd maybe think about a unit of Dark Riders or two for some of the Glade Riders. The Glade Riders are Ambush, so may not be making an appearance on the board for a while ...and so you won't have their mobility and cover in the first two turns or so.

To be fair that was the kinda thing I was looking for initially it was meant to be I just deploy the sisters with the characters and the rest of the army is either scouting or in ambush. Plus it was sort of bringing the enemy close then having 5 units of Glade Riders come up behind them.
Still not sure if I should take out the bolt throwers and throw in more scouts...

Fair enough; forcing your enemy to come to you then running in some poison cavalry behind them is a good idea
What would worry me would be your lack of numbers early game. But I suppose this is counter-balanced by your shooting prowess and Regen magic.
If you are playtesting you could try out one unit of Dark Riders to screen the Sisters / threaten warmachines early.
