Dark Elves v Skaven 1500 and 1999 army lists

I'm fighting Skaven this Thursday (UK time), either 1500 or 1999 points each side
I've been away from the game for c5yrs and am very rusty and have a new rule set to learn quickly.
I'm after advice on what to field. I couldn't find an army list for the points on here.
