I'm honestly not sold on the Beastmaster's Lash at all (s5 just doesn't justify the Prince's points cost imho). I'm not sure there's a good build that involves the Manticore and the Cloak as it is difficult to get a decent save, ward, and high strength. You could keep the Cloak and Dragonscale Helm and pick up a lance instead, using the remaining points for a Dusk Stone for a bit more survivability in combat.

Captain build is a bit weird. Are you determined to have +1M? Can't use the shield with halberd.

if you are going FB on the Executioners then your Oracle should probably have Alchemy for the synergy.

Core looks fine, though the Raiders are a bit expensive for chaff.

I would drop the crossbow on the raiders and just use their movement to get more favorable charges.
But if you cant spend the points elsewhere or feel you really need the to be multipurpose you can keep it.
