The Druchii song

"The Day the Witch King Fried" Sung to the tune of "American Pie"
"A long, long time ago
I can still remember when
My Dark Elves ruled the table-top,
And my Druchii were just so mean
They'd always sweep the table clean
I thought they'd never, ever stop.
But Sixth Edition made me quiver,
With every book that Gav delivered,
More tactics in the dustbin,
I couldn't get one more win.
I can't remember if I cried
The dozen times my army died,
My Army Book seemed wrong inside,
The day, the Witch King fried!
But why, why did my Druchii all die?
They were so cheesy, now its easy
Just to crush them like flies.
I read their book, and then I started to cry
Now that Malekith is such a weak guy,
Malekith is such a weak guy.
Now did you break the Seal of Ghrond
and have you been to Klar-Karond,
And did you see Tularis fall?
Well, he seemed pretty tough to me
But I forgot he's just toughness three,
He hardly put up any fight at all.
Well I know we had the Banner of Blood
But we seemed to have dropped it in the mud
And boy, our generals stank,
To forget fighting in three ranks!
Now all my battles seem so hard
Ever since I lost my City Guard.
I knew I'd played my final card,
The day, the Witch King fried!
(Chorus!)
So at last I turned to Malekith
And the vicious dragon he came with.
I thought he'd finally make my day,
And I went down to that gaming store
Where I'd won so many times before,
And the kid who had the High Elves said he'd play,
And in the fields my army burned,
My harpies fled and my hydra turned.
It was ruin for the Dark Elves,
My cold ones fought their own selves,
And the Witch King died in Pheonix Flames,
I bowed my head and wept in shame,
My sportsmanship went down the drain
The day...the Witch..King fried!
