Khainite Army tweeks?

I am making a Khaine army. So I was wondering...do you think people I would face would allow a few rules changes? Like the main one, letting Highborns and Nobles take items from the Temple of Khaine list, like poisons. Is this unreasonable? I wanted to make the Khaine theme as big as possible.
