Our Shifting Focus (and irregular updates)

Right now, we have a strong lead in the Southern Reaches (50% versus 35% and 15%), but not much is happening in Ghrond. We have the smallest lead possible there - 51% vs. 49%

If we start loosing ground in the Southern reaches, I think we need to focus there. If not, then keep on hitting those walls of Ghrond!

Agreed. We have started to do well in the south, and our brave warriors are now able to return safely from Lustria. When the time comes, they will be able to join in the siege of Ghrond.

Let the Khainists understand the true meaning of terror as we remove them from their unholy temple and take it in the name of Slaanesh !

However, after some closer look at the statistics, I see that we are almost driven out of our own territory. In the Chaos Marshalling Areas are we still in a slight lead, but in the Watchtowers area are we being ouned down by the khainite infidels.
Should we free our warriors in the south and then work our way down from the north, focusing on the three northernmost sites?

I think we will have adivision of loyalties when it comes to that, Daemonwhisperer. Not everyone supports having the Barbarian hordes within our land, even among the faithful of Slaanesh. It is one thing to use them as chattel for feeding to poison arrows or slow down Asur cavalry charges. To allow them access for maruading within our lands is quite another. I think we should continue to attack Ghrond, in my opnion. The thralls of Slaanesh are serving thier purpose, killing Khanites and thinning their own ranks in the process. Humans breed like goblins, and will replenish themselves anew when we need them again.

Indeed, my best Paladin. We shall keep the walls of Ghrond under attack. I merely wished to bring word about what might be troublesome later on. Our force in not grand enough to split up, so we might need to sacrifice a site or two for the bigger cause.

I tend to agree with Onyx here. Although we have done really well in the south, we need to keep our eye on the ball from hereon in - If we start getting distracted from our primary objective then we're not going to achieve anything.

As Nagathi says, sacrifices sometimes have to be made in war, and the lowly humans are of little consequence to us, beyond their ability to provide us with cheap and somewhat expendable troops.

If the time comes when humans roam our lands unchecked, then we can deal with them then. For now, they help us achive our objectives...

To give you a fresh update (about 36 seconds old), 6th Gate has been split up into a Khain and a Slaanesh side now. Just so you know. We're slightly behind the khaine side (due to General Kala), but on all other sites, the slaaneshi forces have evened out the scores. All except Ghrond. We are 4 percent after the khainite forces on Ghrond - a number we need to fix immediately.

What about the Southern reaches? Did we lose ground there?

A few days ago we were winning Ghrond. This must be corrected as a high priority !

they are currently ahead by 52-48

This cannot be allowed to continue. We MUST get more victories at Ghrond !

Damn it! I'll be getting a skirmish game in at Ghrond this Sunday, hopefully it shall go well. Wish me luck... the army of Kheriaanandh (my sorceress) will triumph along the glorious force of the Cult of Pleasure!

Make sure you report your wins then. So far, I haven't received any reports for Slaanesh in Ghrond the last few days (except my own).

Thanks to Kathrasis Lakh, we now have a 53% vs. 47% lead in Ghrond. A few ToK wins are pouring in over the Plains of Karond Kar. I think Leth has spread the word.

Whoa, Nice to feel like I'm making an impact.

Makes me (almost) feel like writing a battle report.
