i think u should make 2 new forums cult of slaanesh and khaaine forums

Why? What would go in them? We have the Cult of Pleasure and Temple of Khaine initiatives, which handle fluff and tactics respectively, but I see no reason to create a public access forum about those. We can discuss it in the existing forums.

beanoman, this has to be the tenth or so junk topic you have posted this week. Please stop. This is not to say the idea you have is invalid, but put some more thought into your argument. As Sneaky said, tell us why, and if you don't know, then think about it. If the best you can come up with is "it'd be cool" then don't post the suggestion.
