Recent Topic Scroll

can u make it so u can scroll through the recent topics so if you miss somthing u dont have to wait for it to come back around?

Been kinda discussed before.
Anywayz... If you just hoover with your mouse over something the scroll will stop. That way you don't need to wait for it to come again.
