Howdy - just got my hands on some Daemonettes of Slaanesh and was wondering what the base size is?

Thanks Cult

Hi Cult
They are on 25mm bases.
Did you get the last metal ones or the new plastic? Doesn't make a difference for base size, I just prefer the metal ones 8)

Sweet thanks - looked on the GW site and they don't mention it anywhere.

I got the new plastic ones - not bad thinking of doing a Slaanesh themed army - still undecided

Those are the best sculpts, bar none. I wish I had the foresight to pick some up when they were widely available. Now they go for $80 just for five of them on eBay, ridiculous... Getting my hands on enough of them would lead me to play mono-Slaanesh of all things!

Thankfully I still have a KoS, metal boobworm hero, 20 odd daemonettes and 12 mounted metal daemonettes ready for some loving when I have the time and energy. :)

Here is to hoping Slaanesh doesn't destroy Morathi and she reppears in the end times with a CoS army list.

Yes was thinking that is where it might go.

Now that is thinking! I have a reasonable sized daemon army with lots of daemonettes, a Morathi DP to lead them would be cool 8) better than the KoS model. Do you think she would be a conversion of the current model or would she grow in size? Would she be mounted and if so by what... er...I mean on what

Spoken like a true Slaaneshi :P

I'd imagine her ubering up in size if they decide to go down this route :)

Yep, I would buy that :)

Edit - Well this has deviated from base sizes quickly.
Will rename thread as Slaaneshi daemons for the future.

Thanks for posting that pic T.D. worth scrolling for. Exactly how Morathi would look of she went full DP. I can't see GW making that, they went all PC a while back after the last metal daemonettes but there are some nice alternatives out there.
Mounting her on a fiend of Slaanesh might work?
Or something like the vampire model with all the vampire girls on it?
As the cauldron of blood needs no models to pull it, some sort of mobile harem/pleasure palace would be cool :D
Aren't witch elves khainites? They were listed in the first cult of Slaanesh but the fluff now links them to khaine I think, but on holiday now with no books to check.

They weren't quite Witch elves in the CoS. Pretty much same profile but called by another name. Devoted of Slaanesh.

They didn't have frenzy, but Sporofic Musk and Mark of Slaanesh rules.

This will be my Slaaneshi Daemon princess when it arrives :)
Think it could be a decent Daemon Morathi substitute.

Company is called Andrea Miniatures

http://www.andreaeurope.com/en/1/andrea ... -saga.html

They are 54mm models so bigger than the standard 32mm, but not huge monster sized, which for me is a good representation of a ascended mortal (immortal). Should fit nicely on 40mm bases. Some great looking models in their Warlord saga range.

Here is one of their other offerings that might work nicely.

Epic models - that strolling sorceress is especially cool. Definitely hope they open this up, though with the full range of HE, WE and DE lists to choose from we are living in proxy heaven right now.

Well I cannot recommend this company enough. One week delivery over the Christmas period from Europe to UK.
Quality is absolutely excellent, well packaged and very little in the way of metal flash or mould lines.

Here is the little beauty and a GW model for scale.
