Skink Priests can only use Heavens or Beast, and I'd like 3x Wildform to pump up the Ryperdactyls where necessary. My biggest concern is leadership, as a few panic checks can absolutely ruin this list's day.

I Would personally think heavens had a better fit with 3x Iceshard Blizzard + various.
But i understand your reasoning.

Yeah, I'd be more afraid of a triad of Heavens-toting Priests than of Beast-toting ones....

Well if you want an ultimate army you need a few changes.
1. your units are way too big divide them in half. 2. you have nothing with high strength, try a steg with d3W impact hits will help you finish off MI/MC and lone heroes. 3. take a mixture of repers and terradons, say 3 units of 5 of each, will give you much more flexibility. 4. you need to increase your LD.

Agreed. Personally, if I were using Lizardmen, I would prefer Saurus warriors for my main combat blocks, possibly with a small Skink/Kroxigor cohort to guard one of my flanks.

Dont, keep as far away from that unit as possible. It was good in last edition, not this one. You many use kroxes on their own, but not in cohorts. units of 8 kroxes really put the hurt on your opponents.

Don't you mean 9? 'Cause if you can protect them 'til they hit combat, you start with +2 SCR from the three ranks of monstrous infantry, I believe? I just wish Kroxigor could take command like Minotaurs and Ogres can....

no, adding ranks to kroxes is just a waist, their main strength is brute force in CC, not static combat resolution. They should be run 4 wide in 2 ranks, to maximize damage output.
and pushing skinks to CC is ..... well you want to have a 6 point, ws3 T2 6+ save, to combat other troops, good luck you'll need it.
Protecting units is a waist of resources, you spend a lot of time and effort on something futile, your opponent will kill something. As a general its up to you to force him to kill the units you want. Not the other way around.

Keep your hair on!! I was only saying that it would be cool if Krox could take command. If they did, I would probably have the option for a magic banner, and if so, would run them 6x3 in a monstrous horde, with the Standard of Discipline, Rampager's Standard, Ranger's Standard or possibly the Wailing Banner; maybe even the Banner of Eternal Flame, or a banner to give them magical attacks!!

chill dude.
And no you wouldnt that would be such a huge point sink and extreamly difficult to manouver, plus a large portion of u it would never see combat do to foot print differences. In shot youd loose most of your games.

Indeed, everyone relax @Noble korhedron Remember that KillerK plays at a rarified competitive level. While this doesn't mean that we can't disagree with him(!), we should weight his advice over our own experience appropriately. @All Discussion is good and this is a good discussion. Don't let it start to overheat.

For the record, the did not indicate anger, rather my evil thoughts of the complete and utter evilness from thinking of what flavour of CHEESE that I could build the Kroxigor into. Imagine if they could take command?! Sssllllurrrppp!!

Exactly its like disagreeing with Malekith, it can be done but it is foolish . more seriously I can be wro... hmmm, lets just say I'm not alwasy a 100% accurate. In this case I have tried it (have enough kroxes to do so... but it's just sounds better on paper.. Thou it would be nice to see a musician in the unit, those swift reforms with coldblooded LD.... things dreams are made of .
