This is way cool - I hope the game play is as good as this trailer, it looks very shmick!

Just saw my email and watched the trailer. I'm a huge fan of Total War: Empires and hope that this will be in the same style.

I play alot of TW:Rome and the mechanic on the battlefield is very similar to the effect in warhammer. It was only a matter of time before these two were put together.

looks amazing to me either way.

Looks fun, will be interesting to see how it feels to play it though - video footage only does so much for me.

Well I only played Total War: Shogun 2 (out of the total war series) and I thought it was great. I agree with the sentiment that Warhammer should translate pretty well to the style of their game.

As for the world exploding at the end, that'll probably be paid DLC

Total war games never disappointed so far so this looks awesome indeed

@Rork - I especially like one of the highlights of the game being the new Gold spray. It wouldn't surprise me if it works out gram for gram more expensive than real gold

Chaos Black spray is almost on par with the gold price - it cost me $29 AUD the other day for one can... gulp!

Yeah, it looks great, hopefully they do a really good job and everything is perfectly balanced, just like 8th

Hopefully it will expand to include all races as well.

Yeah, apparently in the leaks the ending is a fade to black with white text stating "and then they all got splattered..."
