If you want spaces which are included even if there is nothing before the word in the row ( side of the message body window -> | word)
Use:
on regular computers press Alt+255 instead of space
on notebooks activate NumLk (Fn + F11 usually) and then press Alt+255
Check on preview and make adjustments if necessary.
This can also be used to triforce with Alt+30.
