It looks cool, and I'm sure it'd be okay for a standard bearer, should be good. =)

@ Gh9st: Thanks!

The whole unit now had 2 white highlights.
They all look like they came back from the dentist and a manicure:

With the Cold ones painted, it's time for their riders to get a make over.

Here's the happy bunch:

As you can see they still need a lot of work.
Here's a close up of the unit champ (on the right) and the musician (on the left).
I sculpted his horn from a chaos shoulder pad, a chaos helmet and a horn of a part of dragon I had lying around.
The unit champs shield will get another highlight and then I consider it finished. The other shields will get the same treatment.

Last, but certainly not least, the standard bearer. As you can see he's far from finished. To be honest I'm not even shure if I'll make him a standard or not. At the moment he's just a puzzle and if I can't get a decent banner for him before the other riders are finished, then he'll end up as a regular knight too. Suggestions are welcome!!

@ Lord_Azoth: Thanks!

@ phierlihy: IRL it's not orange.
Here you can see how I do my gold. (From right to left) As you can see the 'orange' is just a step in the process. But I like how it complements with the bleu of the cold ones so I think I'll stick with the 'orange' instead of the 'gold'. It's less work too ;)
