Spell markers - no 1: Titillating Delusions

Post by Rork »

So, there I was, knowing full well that my DE would be a finely crafted army with hours spent lovingly on und...Devoted. Then, seeing a friend of mind had a spare chariot beastmaster, I had an idea - spell markers for all the persistent Slaanesh spells to save some ooh-ing and ahh-ing.

Which spells really need markers? Well, not blissful throes (missile) or delectable torture - they don't remain in play.

So that leaves luxurious torment, titillating delusions, enrapturing spasms and delicious excruciations.

I finished painting delusions first because...well, you'll see (Think: Something you might want to get closer too...fast) ;)

Enjoy...but not too much ;)

Excellent idea and perfectlly executed.

Really nice work. They are nicelly painted and they are great explanation of the spell. I have mission markers for my 40k army but never thought of making spell markers for Fantasy. Great idea cause it looks nice on te battlefield and it gives you free hands to convert.

Hey,

I gotta say man, really cool idea :) I think as imaginative as ive got is using a tea cup for titilating delusions...an empty one at that.

Ive seen markers made for various things in the past, but not for spells. A really nice, possibly unique idea thats being really well executed aswell.

Good work.

Well, not unique. I have seen some markers in the past but not such complex ones.

I may also have rip off this idea, I even have the very same miniatures just waiting to be used for something practical. I'll probably go for round bases though so the markers wont get mixed with the units on the battlefield. Great work Rork.
