ok, after looking at the old list, I realized it was illegal (oops!) so here is my new 3k list, I think it's a lot better as well...

Highborn on a black dragon, 100 points wargear

L4 sorceress on dark pegasus, 100 pts wargear

2 L2 sorceresses

10 corsairs (to hide sorceresses in)

20 warriors with shields

20 warriors with shields

2 chariots, spears

6 cold one knights, full cmd

6 cold one knights, full cmd

5 dark riders, repeater xbows

5 dark riders, repeater xbows

15 witch elves, full cmd and manbane

and about 200 left for either 2 bolt throwers or mengil and his manflayers (which I think I will go with considering the number of things on the board and considering probably only 1 or 2 rounds of shooting for the throwers...)

Hi and welcome to D.net!

First of all I suggest you read the tactis threads, they are really helpfull!
The thing is, if thats all you have your army is very small!

1. Blocks of 20 Warriors should be enough, also frees some pts.
2. I'd split the WE into two units of 12.
3. Get two more Chariots to support your units.
4. Your High sorceress needs one or two lvl 2 wizards to really have an effective magic phase, I'd drop the Beastmaster and Assassin to achieve this.
5. I'd also split your Cold one Knight into two units of 5.
6. You need Dark Riders they are the best De unit, I'd say at least 2 or 3 units, also a unit of shades and/ or a unit of harpies to hunt lone mages and warmachines....

as lamekh said: witches shoudl never be in that large units. 12-15 (tops!) they are a supporting unit. and never leave home without a hag with manbane
