I can't really see anything, but from what I can see, it looks a bit.. like you said: chaotic. Is it a Chaos model?
I think (but can't see) that combining that much different kinds of bitz would look very strange, especially the different sculpting styles.
If you get better pics, I will be able to give more accurate advice.
