RULES FOR VOTING
- Anyone may vote, you can vote if you have entered, and you do not need to enter to vote.
- You can only vote once each month, so make your vote count.
- Be aware that you are voting on the quality of painting, even in the case of converted miniatures, unless otherwise stated in the category.
- Have a good think before you vote, there is no rush and you cant change your mind once you vote.
- You are voting on the quality of the entry, not the quality of the photos (however a better photo shows more detail on the entry)
- If you entered and want to vote for yourself you can do so, but only if you feel yours is best.
- Feel free to discuss your votes but do not give away the entrants names.
- Vote Fairly!
- In the end, any issues which may arise are down to me.

How Does The Competition Work?
Each month the competition will be opened with a new category for entries, so each month will be different than the one before it leading to a great deal of variation. If you want to take part either by entering or voting, it’s pretty simple. Here’s how the competition works:
- Around the start of the month I open the Entry Thread where you can see how the competition works, this months category, entering rules, the number of places remaining this month and ask me questions (by replying to this topic).
- Entrants must look over the rules in the Entry Thread
- Entrants must now PM me 1-3 pictures of their entry, do not post the pictures here PM me.
- Either when I receive the maximum number of entries or around 2 weeks into the month, whichever comes first, I will open the Voting thread.
- Anyone can now vote, Voters must look over the rules in the Voting Thread.
- Winners will be put into the Hall of Fame!
How Will My Entry Be Displayed?
It does not matter if you send in 1, 2 or 3 photos of your entry, only one will be displayed. I will choose the image I feel best shows your entry and display it in the voting thread, the others (if any) will be shown as links underneath the first. This is to keep things fair; only one image is shown as some people may only have entered one or two images. Displaying an image also ensures people can easily look over all entries and so vote fairly having viewed all the entries.
This is the correct thread for discussion, feel free to post comments and discuss the entries here. You can say who you voted for by all means, just dont give away the entrants names please.
DISCUSSION RULES
- do not post any comments which may offend the entrants, even if you do not consider them to be offensive another member might, see the website rules. If you make a comment which may be offensive, a moderator will know about it.
- do not give out the names of entrants, that will be done once voting in complete by me.
