In a battle I had yesterday, I charged a unit of Empire Archers. I defeated and broke them in combat, pursued and destroyed them. While pursuing I hit a unit of spearmen who then paniced because of the destroyed archers. My question is, do I get roll another pursuit roll for the spearmen or not?

Why don't you get 2 lvl 2 Sorceresses one with Seal of Ghrond and a dispel scroll, the other with Darkstar Cloak and a dispell scroll? That gives 5 dispell and 7 power.
