Errr either then? Both are highly defensive, though beastmen are more forced into the role lacking any decent shooting.

I did say exec's needed a bigger unit. And our army is at a points premium at all times, though a big block of witches is certainly affordable.

Probably Black Guard than. With T3, 5+ armour, and ASL executioners need a big squad to get to hit.
