As long as its acceptable to the people you're playing against and yourself, then there isn't a problem. That said, I don't think you have to convert a lot of our characters. The old Executioner champion is great for Tullaris, for example. And conversions don't necessarily take a lot of time anywya....

Combat between a group of warlocks and a soulgrinder (an unfortunate match-up). The soulgrinder didn't have many wounds left, but the warlocks attacking him didn't get any hits in.
He ended up dying from a kick from one of their steeds
