Not cheap but it is HUGE and would be perfect for what you have in mind I think. If anything it might be TOO big. I found it, the thing is almost a foot tall.

It's probably not still in production, but I have an old mounted Brettonian sorceress model. I put her on a dark pegasus. I just cut the head off her staff and put a skull on it, and then painted her dark and evil looking. Worked just fine.

Again, thank you for the input. I'm bringing a fairly varied force to try out lots of units, so I will definitely have a block of witches (with a death hag), and another of executioners. Sounds like they will be handy.
